New Year 7 Intake September 2011

Welcome

Your son/daughter is due to start at Churston Ferrers Grammar School in September 2011 and during their time here will require PE Kit and certain books and items of educational equipment which will need to conform to school requirements.

Parents need to register with parent pay before using these sites.

Below we outline the procedures to follow to order these items:

PE Kit

To purchase the above items click here:   www.stparents.co.uk  and follow the instructions below:

·     Search for the school under ‘town’ or ‘school name’.
·     Churston PE kit is listed under ‘UNIFORM’
·     Click on View and Order Garments
·     Enter pupil details – for Class enter ‘Y7′
·     Click on Select Products  A list of items for Churston is listed in the left hand box.
·     Select the item from the list – a picture may appear along with a description of the item.
·   Click on this description for information including sizes available and price
·   Enter quantity required in the appropriate size box.
·   Click on Add to Basket.
·   Click on Continue Shopping and repeat as above for additional items.
·   You can view your shopping basket at any time – just click on Continue Shopping to go back to list.
·   When shopping complete, click on View Shopping Basket, amend basket if necessary and Update.
·   When finished, continue to payment and follow instructions.

Note: All the items on the School Trends website are photographed without any school logo.  Please order the appropriate item and it will be issued with the Churston logo.  This includes socks which are listed as plain maroon but come with the Churston logo in blue.

Books And Equipment

All these items can be purchased together as a pack at a total price of £42.50 which represents a considerable saving on high street prices.  Items are also available individually.  Each pack is determined by the flavour of the gumshield, ie Pack 1 is a spearmint gumshield, Pack 2 is a strawberry gumshield and Pack 3 is a blackcurrant gumshield.

Please note that these prices are ONLY applicable at the time you receive this letter.  It may not be possible to get these items individually – at these prices – after the start of the Autumn term.
