New phone for Christmas? What are you going to do with your old one? 18 million are replaced each year, but most still work! For each phone that can be reused we will be given £2.50 so please support this fundraising and environmental initiative by looking in drawers, cupboards, toy boxes etc for any unwanted mobiles. We ask that you remove and keep your SIM cards as these hold you phone numbers, and return you phone to the school via your child. Your child can place the phones in the RED bin in the hall until the school arranges for them to be collected. And as a Force For Change School - think of all the environmental benefits of recycling in this way! |

Fundraising
with Fund Raising Direct is all about working together to make a
difference. Up to 25% of the value of every order will be donated
to the school. It’s
simple, click on the log on the left, look through the catalogue
and select the items that you wish to purchase. The items will
be delivered direct to your door. |

We have also teamed up with the National Schools Partnership who is supporting us with different fundraising ideas. Although the uptake has been slow to start with we have received a cheque for £31.00 from your efforts of recycling your ink cartridges. If you would like more envelopes please let us know. Keep it up, every one makes a difference. |

First can we thank you all for purchasing the school uniform through Trutex. This has so far raised around £1,200 in commission for the school, which is absolutely fantastic.
