Young Enterprise
Young Enterprise is coming to Churston
Mr Malcolm is looking for up to 20 students to form their own company, develop and manufacture a product and sell it as part of the 2010-2011 Young Enterprise competition.
This is a brilliant opportunity to develop key skills required in the wider world and gives participants something significant to add to their personal portfolio, which can be used in applications to such things as UCAS, apprenticeships or any future career. Universities and employers really value the programme and often see applicants in a different light.
A recent study has shown that YE students are twice as likely to start their own business as their peers, are seen as more employable and are more successful in their careers.
Mr Malcolm has descriptions of the job roles available upon request.
Application is by letter and shortlisted candidates will be interviewed.
Applications should be lodged no later than Friday 17th September.
If you have any questions see Mr Malcolm or visit the Young Enterprise
