A full programme is provided using our extensive facilities during lunchtimes and after school
The students at Churston have achieved Area, County, South West England and National representative honours in a wide variety of sports over the last 12 months. i.e. Rugby, Basketball, both boys and girls, Hockey, Cross Country, Swimming, Tennis, boys and girls Football, Athletics and Table Tennis.

Within KS3 pupils are expected to represent the school if selected.
In a small school, teamwork is vital if we are to maintain and improve upon our present standards.

Occasionally one or two students have let down their colleagues through non-attendance at fixtures. If this happens we reserve the right not to select those students for any school representative matches for the rest of the school year.

In KS4 and beyond – students focus on their own specialism though it is hoped that all students will take maximum advantage of all the activities on offer. An example of what is on offer is listed below.
