ITV Young Journalists
Pupils from Churston Ferrers Grammar School were invited to take part in a Young Journalist competition entitled Over to You organised by ITV. The competition is being judged regionally and it offers the opportunity for students to construct and plan their own news story for the local television programme West Country News. Comenius Trip To Spain
Staff and six students ( Lead Learners) from Churston Ferrers Grammar School recently attended the third Comenius Conference in Valencia, Spain. The Comenius project is an international project involving students from Finland, Estonia, Spain & England working together on environmental and sustainability issues. Year 12 Business Studies students had an opportunity this week to quiz two leading figures from NatWest about the companies approach to assisting small firms.
